Fathers Brewing Published by Packaging of the World, a Leading Global Gallery for Package Designs.

Fathers Brewing didn’t make just make another beer—they called BS on the status quo. This clean American lager is made with organic ingredients and double-filtered to kick out microplastics and heavy metals found in virtually all other beers. No shortcuts. No junk. Just a great American lager. And instead of the typical plastic-lined cans, proper glass bottles. To that point, iIn controlled studies(1)(2), researchers found that consumers described the exact same beverage differently depending on whether it was served in glass, plastic, or other packaging formats — with glass consistently perceived as more premium, refreshing, and higher quality.
The implication: In beverages, packaging is functioning almost like an ingredient. This helps explain why some beverage startups with mediocre liquids outperform better-tasting competitors: Consumers often experience the brand system before they experience the flavor.
To debut this new American lager, Creature Theory went all-in on creating a brand narrative and an iconic look that would be hard-working, classic and irreverent. The packaging features bespoke hand-lettering, carefully set details and thoughtfully rebellious storytelling.
