Creature Theory Earns 2026 National GDUSA Sports Design Award

Creature Theory earned 2nd Place Overall in the Team or Event Brand Identity category at the national GDUSA Sports Design Awards for developing the Valley Suns identity and logo system for the NBA's Phoenix Suns organization.
The project was recognized alongside some of the best sports branding work in the country, finishing runner-up only to the MLB’s Seattle Mariners' 2025 campaign.
The GDUSA Sports Design Awards celebrate excellence in the visual communications that shape American sports culture—from team identities and environmental graphics to digital experiences, advertising, packaging, and beyond.
